Vishal Sharma is the Founder and CEO of 101 Healthcare, overseeing operations, recruitment, and business development for 100+ senior care facilities. With over six years in healthcare and security and 10+ years in management, he brings expertise in staffing, risk assessment, and strategic growth.
Before 101 Healthcare, Vishal founded VI Security, managing healthcare security for companies like Pinkerton, EPC, and Security Concepts. He has conducted 5,000+ consultations across 70+ senior homes, supporting businesses with $100M+ in revenue. His focus on client relations and workforce solutions continues to drive 101 Healthcare’s success.

Abhinav has worked extensively with long-term care homes across Canada, building positive relationships with 100+ Directors of Care and Registered Nurses.
